We have been returning to Chatrium Sathorn for many years now. We like the location and the facilities at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is great as is the pool and surrounding garden. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. A special mention for Anya and Yorch who always make my wife feel very welcome. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at this Hotel two years ago. Came back this year. Great hotel with good breakfast, good fitnness room. And best of all very helpful employees. Definitley recommand this hotel.

6/10 Good

The Chatrium is a large complex with all the facilities required while staying in Bangkok. The breakfast was very disappointing and one that I would suggest to have a second thought if having breakfast included. I would rate the breakfast buffet 2 out 5 star. The distance to the rail network is not within walking distance but rather a 15 - 20min taxi ride from the Hotel.

This is a fantastic place to stay. We loved the clean, well maintained environment. Rooms were spacious. Staff were super helpful whenever we needed any support. Breakfast buffet was really good with tons of options. There were some common items every morning as well as some variations. Very family friendly place. Location is central to Bangkok; we were able to get around very easily. We hope to stay here again in our future visits.
