"Staff are so friend and nice. I will definitely visit this hotel again. ❤️❤️❤️"

"Great staff. Always prompt and professional. I have stayed here many times. Always clean and quiet. Short taxi drive to BKK. Excellent rates."

"The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was wonderful and the view of the airport was very nice. The breakfast was excellent and we will be returning in March of 2027 to stay again. L.R. Ainsworth"

"This is a top class hotel in a great location. High quality breakfast was included. We were thrilled to have been upgraded to an amazing suite. We would stay here again if back in Bangkok."

"GREAT BREAKFAST. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. SHUTTLE TO AND FROM AIRPORT VERY GOOD. CLEAN ROOM. SHOWER NEEDS UPDATING. BED NEEDS TO BE SOFTER. AC IS VERY GOOD."

"The property looks a little bit outdated. The carpet flooring in the hallways makes it difficult to move the luggage. The food in the restaurant is bellow average. The advantage of staying in this hotel, it’s close proximity to the airport."

"Great location! Even better when the construction is cleared. Great care into guest experience."

"I have stayed here many times now, the transfer, if booked, is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and come with fridge, water, kettle etc, safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast had enough choice for me and the Thai food is good. The swimming pool is a nice place to cool off after the last minute shopping in Robinsons which is next door. I have already booked my next stay."

"Great hotel for the airport. Although it is off the beaten track as the area gets developed but fantastic for a quick stop off and walkable to some markets and a grab away from a shopping mall"

"We had stayed in Thailand for 5 days and this was just a stopover on our way back from Vietnam to Shanghai. This was perfect. The room was great and the staff was everything we could have asked for. We normally don’t often eat in the hotel restaurants but based on the time we arrived and the menu we were not disappointed. So too were many of the other guests as the restaurant was well attended. The hotel is not in the center of Bangkok- but I could see if you were looking for a spa...

"The hotel is immaculately clean and rooms are comfortably furnished with systems That work and an excess of wall outlets. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is our go to hotel whenever we are coming into or leaving Suvanabhuma airport."

"I really like this hotel ! The staff are so kind 🥳❤️. Thank you for accommodating me I will be back ! . I always stay here when I’m in Thailand "

"Beautiful property near the airport. We were surprised that is so quiet, luxurious and convenient to a couple shopping centres not to mention the airport. We had 3 fabulous nights here . The ambience was spot on and just what we needed after a lot of travelling. The gym met our needs, the coffee was great and the staff incredibly helpful. The swimming pool was a highlight. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!"

"This is a fantastic place to stay. We loved the clean, well maintained environment. Rooms were spacious. Staff were super helpful whenever we needed any support. Breakfast buffet was really good with tons of options. There were some common items every morning as well as some variations. Very family friendly place. Location is central to Bangkok; we were able to get around very easily. We hope to stay here again in our future visits."

"A great apartment in a quieter location of Bangkok. A short walk takes you to the main road full of restaurants and bars, but the hotel offer a free shuttle bus! Staff are wonderful and do everything to help you. A lovely stay."

"Superb !! The staff were exceptional. The rooms spacious and VERY comfortable Would definitely stay again."

"The spa area was great and the restaurants fantastic. Thakki took good care of us at the Hua restaurant. Totally recommend."
