The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here.
I had a great experience staying here. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived.

Everything was clean and awesome. Only issue I had was that the digital checkin device at the front of the hotel wouldnt work with my booking. Luckily I arrived in time for a host to be able to support me (once i found the service desk)
