The hotel was immaculate and in a great part of town. There were some oddities that we were unaware of before we booked. As an English speaker and foreigner, these would have been nice to know beforehand to set expectations. There are not physical room keys, you use a QR code on your phone to unlock. The website is in Korean however, and if it doesn't translate into English quick enough, there can be some confusion trying to get into your room. I would suggest asking about the wi-fi at the front desk as you check in. It took me two days and having to chat on their QR app to get the password for my specific room. Wifi wasn't mentioned when I checked in. We had a suite, which was nice (I LOVED the balcony), but there was no trash can in the kitchen part of the suite. I opened every door I could find. There was a nice fridge though. There was no iron available anywhere on the premises of the hotel. We stayed in October, and were told at the front desk that from October to March, the air is controlled by the hotel, and not in your individual room. It got warm in the evenings, so we slept with the balcony doors open and the fans on to circulate some cool air. I also had some specific operator errors with the bidet in my room, but I think smarter people could probably figure that out.
