"The room was okay, pretty spacious. The hotel was marked as non-smoking, and our room stank of smoke when we came back from a day in the city. We went calmly to the personale, and they didnt care at all, were of no help, and were very childish. The personale was not welcoming or anything at check-in either, and all the different people we met seemed to not care about their job. Location wise it was pretty far from everything (1 - 2,5 hours from main tourist attractions). "

"El hotel está justo frente a la estación de autobuses de Sasang y a unos pasos del metro de la línea 2 que te conecta con lo más turístico de Busan. Desde allí te puedes mover a pohan y a Gyeongju. La habitación es enorme comparada con las de Seúl en general, hay división entre la regadera y el wc, lo que ayuda a no mojar ese espacio. 10/10"
"This stay was perfect for my friend and I because of how much we had planned and traveled around Busan. It is very close to the airport which made traveling to Jeju an easy experience. I loved this hotel! They were super kind and helpful. I thought it was so kind they would give us local recommendations and offered to call us a cab. They spoke english and were able to store our luggage before/after check out. The place itself was very clean and loved the bath tub. This hotel is right next to Jagalchi market so it can be kind of fishy but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Perfect for us to go to BIFF Square, Jagalchi, Gamcheon and Songdo cable cars.
View was amazing - looking at sunrise in bed. Good food (breakfast and dinner), but dinner dishes were a little sweet to my taste. Very accessible from the central and western part of Busan.
My wife and I were pleasantly surprise with the overall appearance of the hotel. Our room was spacious, modern and clean. While we only spent 7 hours in the hotel, we were impressed with what we experienced. The staff spoke very good English, and they were very helpful and friendly, We stayed at the hotel because it was close to the Busan-Gimhae Airport. Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). This was a beautiful surprise. A great price, a lovely room, wonderful service desk. Kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and allowed me to stay in the room even though there was a little confusion after I booked an extra night. This was a lovely experience!
Great pool and beautiful building. Loved the daily free champagne and snacks. The only thing not beyond expectations was the shower. A fine bath shower combo, but not as nice as we’d expect from a two Michelin star hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!
