"The BEST thing about Kamenoi are: 1. The Kaiseki dinner which was excellent in every way - the complementing nature ofthe dishes, the freshness of the dishes, the delectable taste, the presentation as well as the bright disposition of the dinner servers. 2. The boat service - the boats we of good quality but it was the boatmen who were so amazingly talented and passionate! We absolutely loved the experience."

"I stayed at this hotel expecting a simple and comfortable experience, which was mostly the case in terms of the room and overall cleanliness. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. During my stay, a large group (a youth baseball team) was using the breakfast area at the same time. The space became extremely crowded, with a long line forming, making it practically impossible for other guests to access the food. As a result, I was unable to have breakfast at all. I understand that group bookings are important for hotels, but there should be better management or some form of limitation or time allocation to prevent this kind of situation. Otherwise, it significantly impacts the experience of other guests. I hope the hotel can improve how they handle group guests during peak times."
