I actually booked this hotel because of it being close to the SkyTree and across the street from the Subway/Train line. My daughters and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. Great place to stay when visiting Tokyo

Love this place and we will stay here again in the future. Room was amazing for three people with 3 single beds, fresh linen-and robe daily. Free breakfast with delicious pastries included. And oh, I missed the caffucino latte served as much as you want from Am till 10:00 pm. Our experience was great!

The Narita Airport limosine bus stops directly at this hotel, so it's very convenient if you don't want to carry a bunch of luggage on the shinkansen/local trains. There's a FamilyMart in a section of the building, on the second floor. The nearest metro station is the Akasaka-mitsuke station, and use the D exit (the yellow blocks on Google Maps). We stayed for two nights. It is a perfect location if you want to visit Sensoji Temple. Breakfast buffet is excellent to start your day. Room space (we have the large corner room for three beds) is a little tight but not a big problem if you don't have large amounts of luggage. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We stayed at the four beds room for a few days in May 2023. Very pleasant stay. The room is quite larger comparing with other hotels we stayed. The night was quiet, can have a very good sleep. The breakfast is the best. We enjoyed it everyday. Definitely we stay here again if we visit Tokyo in the future.

The Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is conveniently located close to train stations, shopping, dining and nightlife. The property was clean and quiet. My room was cozy but well-appointed and I liked being able to do laundry in my room. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the hot water was plentiful. I would definitely stay here again but if I were traveling with others would reserve a bigger sized room.

The hotel room was huuuuge compared to other hotels- we even had a little balcony! The washing machine in the unit helped SO much. It was a bit difficult to get from the station to the hotel with large bags because there isn’t an exit with an escalator/elevator that we could find but it’s completely doable. The staff let us wait in a private lounge with water and vending machines until it was time for check in which was amazing!

I had an excellent stay at VIA INN Shinjuku! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, offering a great variety of options. One of the standout features was the laundry facilities, which were convenient and well-maintained. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

The place exceeded my expectations. Very clean and spacious. The staff was very polite and professionally. The hotel is near a train station and many places to eat and bar hopping if you are in the mood. We highly recommend this place and the price point wss excellent.

Great hotel! Train right infront of the entrance of hotel which gets you everywhere you wanna go. 711 on the same block, AC works amazing for those very hot days, close to Tokyo station if your coming or leaving with luggage.
