The hotel is one of the most beautiful places that I ever stayed. Fantastic location, exceptional service throughout Immaculately clean in the middle of old town but still very quiet. I can't wait to return.

I thought it would be just coffee and pastries in the morning, but it was a good full breakfast 👍

Property is above it, restaurant play live music until 11:00pm and people still aloud talking until 1:00am. It’s a rental venue. Single room is very tide, just the bed, TV, the AC unit work well, shower is tide but clean. This guest house it’s for one night.

Small hotel, no frills, fair price. Five blocks from Roman Theater and Anfitheater. Good tapas bars and cafeterias around. Parking on the street is a hit or miss, mostly a miss but you eventually will find a spot.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good and very reasonably priced restaurant attached. 10 minute walk to St. Iria train station (direct line to Oriente or S. Apolonia). Lidl food store across the side street. Bus stop (line to airport) and gas station right there. Fast internet. It can be a bit noisy, but I travel with ear plugs.

The best thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport which makes it convenient it you have an early or late flight. Food options are very limited since there are not many restaurants or groceries around. The room was clean and comfortable but the a/c could have been colder. Breakfast was good and there were plenty of options to pick from. The staff were friendly and helpful

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Wonderful accommodations as always- what you expect with Eurostar properties

We stayed for 2 days after our cruise. We arrive early. Front desk was welcoming and offered us an available room. We declined and said we’d wait for our reserved room on the upper floor. We toured Lisbon and returned to Lumen in the mid afternoon. Here’s when the service was exceptional. Front desk was friendly; offered us breakfast at 10 euros and a 30% restaurant discount. Great location by markets, shopping, and great restaurants. The front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was great. Loved everything about our stay.

This hotel is located right in the train station. You have to go the water side outside to get to it or as you come out but still in main station left and on your left is a lobby waiting room with nice furniture, go thru to front desk behind the double doors. This place is right above the train statopmbut we heard nothing!!! It was quiet, cleam and the staff especially front desk and bell people, are all super nice. There is construction going on but we were able to walk to some neat places....

Staying in a Tagus Marina house boat was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house boat was nice clean with comfortable beds the only critique would be that the living room could have had more comfortable seating options after a long day of exploring Lisbon. The location is great with a variety of restaurants, bars and the Lisbon Aquarium close by. The Lisboa Oriente station is within walking distance with access by train, bus or Metro to anywhere you would want...
