We had a great time and the staff took care of us like we were their Auntie and Uncle. Best Stay, much better than most 5 star hotels in America. Beautiful architecture and design concepts . Great location as it is right by multiple metro lines. Especially good spot if you want to shop at Huaqiang Electronic World, which is right down the street. Love the on-site (free) laundry service (can be completely self-service or left with someone as well)! Rooms are pretty spacious enough for luggages but the double bed room for 4 people but is definitely on the tighter side. There was one night staff warned us of a short but planned black-out that was supposed to start 1:30AM but didn't...

I booked this hotel at the last minute and happily surprised at how nice it was. The room was large and had a great view. The staff was excellent, very helpful. In particular the man at the entrance, who spoke no English was a great help with cabs and directions. The hotel has a small restaurant with a patio and very limited menu. The hotel is adjacent to Dongmen shopping and the subway. A great location. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The stay was great, once I finally found the hotel. I’ve already reached out to hotels.com to try and get the location updated. The actual hotel is about four blocks away from where it currently shows on hotels.com. It was incredibly difficult to find because so few people speak English. I was only able to find it because there was something that said an intersection of two streets and finally through much translation someone was able to point me in the right direction. Hopefully, hotels.com can...
