"The hotel and pub are very nice, clean and tidy. The attitude of the staff was the worst I've ever experienced in 20years of travelling the country working. They insisted on photo id to check in, there was no apology for the inconvenience, the problem was clearly my problem, the manager just kept saying i cant check in even though i had already paid for the room. No idea how to defuse the situation. Later when i asked if they had any other veggie food other than risotto and pasta, the waitress told me that they are known for steaks, thats really helpful. Just not interested in the hotel guests...never again."
