Amazing staff helped us to navigate our way round the property. Loved the sauna and the cold plunge right into the Baltic outside of the main house. This was a great reset before we made our journey back to USA. Also thank you Anna from the staff that was able to retrieve my wife's sweatshirt as we had forgotten it on our way out the door to catch an early flight. She was very responsive when we inquired about retrieving this item. We will have to stay again. and highly recommend this...
Customer service was excellent, rooms were nice and comfy. Bathroom was larger than most with good lighting. The breakfast was huge and had everything you could want on it. But mostly it was the customer service that was great. Also had free parking so that was a plus, all the need is laundry services to be perfect.

Best hotel of any I have stayed in in last three years. Cleanliness is impeccable and room las large with clean carpeting. Centrally located and near the Silja ferry dock. I was asked if I would be having breakfast in the morning I said I had an early flight and they said they would pack me something to take and the next morning they remembered! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and fun (stay there and you'll see what I mean). The hotel location is perfect-- close to public transportation and in walking distance of great restaurants. The breakfast that is served every morning is delicious and it was super convenient to have a wine bar on the property. I don't have anything but good things to say! We can't wait to return. Tack!
