It's hard to list a downside to this hotel, except for its location, which is a bit far from central Bari. However this was not an issue for me this time as I was attending a conference nearby. Breakfast was good, and there was a free snack/drinks bar that was open 24 hours. The hotel can be reached by taxi from Bari station at a flat rate of 10 euro (the hotel front desk states 13 euro). Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the Bari area. It is right on the highway and there is a gas station next to the hotel. The staff spoke english and were very nice, and they were able to supply me with toothpaste and a toothbrush. Breakfast was great and child friendly. Our bed was big, the room was cleaned by a very nice maid. The ocean view is wonderful, but the ocean across is rocky and you will need to do your research if you are looking for sandy beaches.

It's completely self serve from the moment you walk in to the check out. The owners though respond via WhatsApp within 5 minutes. I had no issues at all with my stay- it's right next to the beach. Room was very nice and clean and I had my own outdoor area. The only thing is that it is a bit far from Bari center. Bus drivers are nice though and will help you get around. I recommend learning some Italian phrases as not many people speak english.

This was a nice stay. Very comfortable and we loved the cooking facilities. There was a washer/ dryer machine, which was different from any we had ever used. The owner sent us some helpful information so we could use it. The dryer didn't seem to dry, so if you wash some clothes, give yourself enough time to hang them to dry. We couldn't find a way to clear any lint or anything to improve performance. We also appreciated the extra snacks the owner provided and the included coffee and pastry...

We stayed at Del Canonico for 5 nights during mid-September. The room was very clean and comfortable. The place was quiet during our stay and very peaceful, even though there was some kind of party the night we arrived. Our package included breakfast, which was very good. Francheska and the other lady (Maria - I think is her name) that assisted us during breakfast were very good and always willing to help. Breakfast is from 8:30 am to 9:30 am and it would be served on a table for each guest...
