The hotel itself is very solid, modern and comfortable. Parking and driving to the hotel were brutal. The staff was semi helpful but slow and the information about driving to the airport and parking was poor. They had no restaurant and no room in the rooftop bar for food.

Hotel is newer and modern. Very close to train station, restaurants and shopping. Has a nice rooftop restaurant and bar. Buffet breakfast has a good selection of food. Housekeeping and restaurant staff are nice and helpful. However, many reception staff are not as welcoming and attentive.

O hotel está localizado bem próximo da estação de trem de Bari e cerca de 1km do centro histórico da cidade. O quarto era reformado, espaçoso e com ótimo banheiro. O único inconveniente é que não há área de embarque e desembarque na frente do hotel. Inclusive há uma placa de proibido estacionar e parar, o que dificulta descarregar as malas para quem chega de carro.

Foi um dos melhores hotéis que ficamos na viagem. Além da excelente infraestrutura que possui (recepção, apartamentos, garagem, atendimento dos funcionários e comodidades disponíveis), é muito bem localizado, proporcionando um grande leque de alternativas de lazer, refeições e passeios entre o centro histórico, praças e um verdadeiro shopping a céu aberto. Gostamos muito. Foi perfeito para nossa programação de viagem pela Puglia.

Nice modern hotel in the city center, walking distance to the main train station and close to restaurants and major tourist attractions. Newly renovated, clean and great breakfast. They also have a rooftop bar. Staff are nice and helpful except for one lady at reception (morning shift) who didn’t seem to care that guests may be exhausted from a very long travel time and look forward for getting our rooms sooner than later.

Excellent location, food, staff, room, service, breakfast. Really great. Yes, there is renovations and construction all around the hotel but this is not their fault.
