My and my boyfriend really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was hospitable and helpful, trying to make your stay comfortable. Our room was well-cleaned daily. It had two separate beds, one next to another, two bedside lamps, wardrobe, desk with two chairs, mirrror and little fridge. We booked room with beautiful sea view (little more expensive) from large balcony with small plastic table and two chairs. The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.
The room was cleaned daily and felt safe. Great location. Only 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Old Town Chania.

If there's anything that needs improvement, it would be the size of the bathroom. Way too tight. We are medium built yet you hit the walls or even the shower fixtures while in it.
No complaints whatsoever about or stay. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the view from the balcony gorgeous. I’d have loved if the pool was heated, but otherwise, the stay was absolutely perfect.
Parking was a bit of a walk (due to the location on the harbor it was not possible to park next to the hotel), but the beauty of the room, amazing view, and friendly staff more than made up for the walk.
When I say this hotel is a five star experience, it even feels like an understatement. From the staff to the view and the idyllic environment, The Theodore is perfection. I hesitate to even write a review because I worry it will get overrun with tourists, but not writing it would be a disservice to the hotel. It’s beyond expectations. A perfect place for a quiet beach stay.

We had an excellent stay at Eden Beach Hotel. The staff was fabulous. They helped us figure out which adventures to do to maximize our short time in the area. They also recommended some fantastic restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, the beach was very nice. I hope to stay there again.

The staff was more than welcoming and our room with the hot tub on the balcony really put this place over the top! The breakfast buffet served daily was delicious and it was a perfect location for taking day trips in the rental car! We would definitely stay here again!!
This is a beautiful and modern hotel directly across from the sea (two beaches right across the street). I stayed in the luxury suites and had a great experience. The infinity pool is beautiful and overlooks the sea (you also overlook the road, which is unavoidable).
