"Breakfast menu was good"

"We left one morning at 6 am and returned at 11 pm. I saw hair on the floor. Not very clean. Staff were not very knowledgeable. I inquired about car service and I was told 4 hours/4 kms (not 40 kms) is INR 5000. I asked again about the 4 kms (I even said I could walk 4 kms). The staff stuck to their word and said it’s 4 kms. "

"The rooms and all the amenities I look for, and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Safe large enough for Macbook 16", electric kettle with coffee and tea packets, mini fridge. Even a microwave. It also happens to be in easy walking distance to the company I was visiting. "

"Very late arrival staff were excellent from the porter that helped us with our luggage to the check in staff on reception. Room was immaculate so handy as inside terminal building too"

"The rooms could use some basic maintenance and updating. Our headboard was made from some type of leather material and all scratched up. The lamp shades were very dirty. There were stains on the ceiling like there had previously been a leak and nothing done to repair it. The tv does not work unless you have an android phone to cast to it or YouTube tv. "

"The spa was clean and my husband enjoyed his manicure. The pool was cold and refreshing; Visa bar was delightful and we enjoyed trying new cocktails. The breakfast buffet had a variety of choices. What I especially appreciated was the fact they set up towel swans and a banner on the bed for our anniversary. We also received some cake in our room to help us celebrate our anniversary. It was the little details that made it special."
