One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, as the website indicated that it was available. However, upon arrival I discovered that it was still closed. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked a different hotel. The check-in process was also frustrating. The self-service kiosks in the lobby were very slow, creating long queues, and the staff assisting...
