"Anisha B that was working at the front desk on 10/17 was so incredibly helpful. She really went the extra mile to help. It is a dated property, and I found the furniture in my room to be in very rough shape, the wood on the nightstand was very chipped. It is not a quiet or restful hotel, loud music in the open lobby. If you are on the side of the hotel facing the freeway it is very loud. it is not up to the usual Marriott Standards I am use to. The staff was very helpful and kind which made up for a lot of the condition of the property."

"Cons-There was no one at the desk when I arrived and I had to wait a bit for someone to come. When I entered the room, the air was very stale and off-putting. There was a loose board from one of the beds lying on the floor near the bed. I notified the front desk, but it was never moved or re-installed. I moved it out of the way myself to avoid tripping over it. I didn’t use the kitchenette part, but looked through the drawers and cabinets. There were no dishes, pots or pans, or silverware. There seemed to be a group of “regulars” who hung out in the lobby all week, don’t know if they were also guests or if they had any connection to the people who worked there. There are no ice machines in the hallways. When I asked about it, they told me the refrigerators in the rooms have an icemaker. I did not try that. Pros-Once my daughter picked up some air freshener for me, the staleness improved. The shower and bathroom were nice. The refrigerator was clean, beds were nicely made with clean white linens and a nice down-like comforter. The mattress was a little firm, but I slept well. There were enough outlets on the nightstand for my cpap, phone and watch chargers. I did not use the exercise room or other amenities as I went to my daughter’s place every day. Overall, it was a decent place to stay. It is not the newest building, but not rundown either. It was close to a major street and within walking distance from a gas station, if needed. Parking was adequate. Would stay again."
