"Ciężko znaleść wejscie do hotelu, przybyliśmy późnym wieczorem i po wejściu do hotelu od strony parkingu uderzający był gwar i zapach piwa jak z baru piwnego.
Pokój był zimny a ogrzewanie nie działało,wstawiono nam grzejnik elektryczny.Telewizja nie działała .
Rano po zejściu na śniadanie zastaliśmy jedną panią która była zajęta przyjmowaniem płatności kartą i puste talerze z jedzeniem -nie było talerzy,kubków,bułek ,resztka chleba,po jednym plasterku żółtego sera i białego .Słowem nie było co zjeść .Dopiero po zgłoszeniu do recepcji coś się jednak znalazło. "
