We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! My mom and I stayed two nights. The room was clean, and we could do an early check-in. It has a convenient location, is in the city's heart, and is close to a pharmacy, convenience store, and subway station. The room and the hotel were clean, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Our experience was pleasant; I'd choose it again.

Very close to the subway and 3 stops away from Albrook Mall and 4 blocks from the Cinta Costera. Super friendly staff and beautiful rooms. Breakfast could improve though...

I did not personally was guest of this hotel but my reservation was accepted. The only drawback was that a local tourist guide contacted before hand, could not get in contact with the intended tourists, due to the ineptitude of the front desk clerk, who demanded from the tourist guide to provide the room number of the guests in order to contact them. As a result, the tourists had to get a tourist guide on their own. My suggestion for the future is for the desk clerk to first get in contact...

Nice spot if you're travelling on a budget. Within walking distance of some good restaurants and the Lotería metro station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Plan on staying here the next time I'm in Panama City. Only drawback is on Sundays, the local marching bands parade down Avenida Cuba. Can get a little loud.

Nice hotel, great staff. I stayed 3 weeks with no problems. As I am going blind the staff was patient with me. Help me with transportation when I needed it. Had a great stay and will stay again when I come back to Panama City.

Hotel was under renovations at the time. Elevator was out also part of the renovations. It was close to downtown Panama city. Also felt secure police station was nearby. Big store nearby and also the pool upstairs was nice.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located and very friendly and comfortable. The rooms are gorgeous with a view of the bay. The staff was amazing and Sáquela restaurant is outstanding. Highly recommend the Hilton Panama.
