Place was clean but 1 small elevator so if you in a group it will take a minute to go up and down. It did well for basic amenities. Staff was great and always helpful. The area is closer to the local sketchy area at night. But if you want to experience the more local areas cheaper foods and more authentic Panamanian foods n shops great spot to stay

Great place to stay for Solo traveler, they have no hand towel, no wash clothes, only 2 towels for shower. Breakfast was excellent. No room for your bathroom things like tooth brush, lotion etc.

When I reserved it say breakfast included and when I checked in the front desk said it was not. The place is a dump. Old old. The towels, sheets. Bathroom and disgusting. Also expensive for what you get. I will never stay here again.

There were heavy clashes between protesters and police during my stay. Tear gas was coming into my room. I know it's not the hotel's fault but still I think travelers should know this when they are browsing hotels.

The staff were not friendly at all any time we encountered them. The sink in the bathroom leaked a stream of water and even after informing the hotel, they did nothing to resolve it or nueve us. The pool was not working and completely drained. The hallways were very dark throughout the property. Even though we’re staying there for 4 nights, each day our keys stopped working and we had to get them reset each day. The restaurant was anything but good. The food was very bad tasting. There were no coffee pots in its rooms and we had to pay for coffee daily, which was only about a 3 oz cup for $4 USD.

Mixed feelings about this place. The entrance of the pool is very nice and so is the common area on the rooftop. Great location, 1 block from train station. And plenty taxi outside. The rooms are a bit rundown. The closet of both rooms they put us in was broken and the windows don't lock. When it's locked you just shake them and they opened in both rooms. The person incharge told me that they are all the same. The washroom is also not in best shape but nice spacious. All flaws I can ignore. But the unlock windows is what will make me think twice before rebooking

Me comentan que la reserva desde su dominio tiene problemas para registrar la reserva por lo que tuve que esperar casi una para que validaran la transacción, por otro lado pagué 63 dólares de reserva que según era la mejor opción pero en sitio costaba mucho menos . Esperaba que por ese precio porlomenos estuviera incluído el desayuno. No volvería a confirmar una reserva con ustedes.

Las instalaciones están en un estado muy malo y sucias. Todo el hotel huele muy mal. La habitación llegan de cucarachas que estuvieron saliendo durante toda la estancia. Incluso de noche, vas caminando por los pasillos y ves cucarachas caminando. No esperaba mucho por el precio pero al menos sí un espacio limpio
