"Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "

"On a passé 5 nuit à l’hôtel et c’était super. Le personnel était très professionnel et en service 24/24. Les chambres sont propres, les piscines aussi. Il y’avait 4 restaurants et 3 bar on a tout testé c’est bon et propre. Très bien localisé propre du centre et du centre de la ville "

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...

"It was a good base to explore sharam el sheikh. Comfortable and we got a free upgrade after they saw we have a family. Staff were friendly but it’s clear that they cater to Europeans mostly and want you to have euros. Use inDrive as an app to get around rather then taxis. "

"We like this hotel because is not too big and food and beverage are controlled and we can drink with ice and eat not cooked vegetables. We like also the 2 different beaches (sandy and coral) and the evening bus to reach old sharm and naama bay. "

"Esperienza generalmente molto positiva, considerando il rapporto prezzo-qualità, pranzo/cena buffet buono e variegato, spiaggia e barriera corallina il punto forte, camera top, personale molto gentile, in particolare abbiamo apprezzato Monir (pulizie) e Islam Khalil alla reception che addirittura ci ha consentito di fare il late check-out gratuito ed era sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Piccola nota dolente è sicuramente il sedicente ristorante italiano (Verdi)…da migliorare. "
