The villas are on a steep Mountain, at first it was a little scary driving up. The grounds have a beautiful, country forest feeling, and the view to ocean is amazing. You can watch sunrise from bed or porch. There are various types of colorful birds which land on your porch. Overall quite amazing. Only drawback is the distance to the beach, it's not walking distance - and about a 10 minute drive. However if you are in a mountain you can't have everything, and there is still the ocean...
