What we didn’t appreciate is that we asked before going to breakfast if breakfast was included, amd the person at the desk looked it up ans confirmed it was included. "The room had 3 issues: 1. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay."
