"Breakfast menu has so many options. Support staff is so cooperative. Service is super fast. If you log some issues within few minutes room service or maintenance guy will come to take a look. We order late dinner after 12 AM still the biryani was so tasty not spicy and sufficient qty for 2 person. I would rate this as high five star for sure."

"Clean room, flexible staff always willing to help out. They were able to place and remove rollaway beds daily clean rooms when we needed and even provided chairs for makeup when we needed. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast was amazing. The room design could have been better. We were in suite room and the door had to be closed to open the closet door every time. "Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "
