Great Location within walking distance to all things within 1st District. New, clean and great amenities. Staff was super helpful. Great hotel for those with children as well. Would certainly recommend it.

Safe, quiet location about a mile from everything in the historic / tourist districts you want to see. You can take a longer (30 minutes to 1 hour) walk OR underground OR tram rides that are 5 minute walk away 15 minute rides. The bus tram underground ticket cost me $8 for a 24 hour unlimited pass. Loved staying here! The location was good for us -- we enjoy walking, and were able to walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go. There are restaurants close by. The complimentary spa was AMAZING!!!! We reserved the spa for 10:00 in the evening -- perfect end to a day full of walking. It was about a 10 minute walk from the subway station to the hotel. The staff was very, very accommodating. The hotel was fantastic, breakfast was amazing and it was in a quieter part of town close to public transit.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms are a typical European size, that is not overly expansive, but more than adequate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming in every aspect. And let’s not forget the wonderful breakfast.

Amazing experience. It was everything I wanted for the trip and some more. The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is so pretty and clean. I will definitely go there again and again.

This hotel gets it right! The staff is super friendly and made me feel like a VIP! Everything is thoughtfully laid out and perfect for a long-term stay. It is right across the street from the subway and only 15 minutes away from city center. There is a shopping mall right across the street with a grocery store in the same building. Highly recommended!

On top of the very convenient location, the breakfast is of the first class! Also, the staff members are very friendly and helpful about any questions, with perfect English.

Great little hotel. Room was plenty big for our family of four. The train station was only about a 5 minute walk and the tram to take you into the city was just right across the hotel. Loved the check in process as well, everything done over the tablet in the lobby and fortunately our room was ready way before we expected which was helpful after a long travel day. Would stay here again.

A lovely hotel in a superb location. A tram stop is right across the street, and the Rathaus square (and Christmas market, Vienna's largest) is an easy walk. Staff were very nice, and the breakfast buffet is sumptuous. We loved Eiles, the coffee bar/restaurant just half a block away.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. On Petersplatz, you are in the center of the Old City, convenient to almost everything that you want to see in Vienna. The staff were outstanding and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional with homemade cakes, full hot breakfast, etc. The only downsides for us were that the water in the shower kept swinging from ice cold to piping hot, especially if it was a busy time and that the phone didn’t connect to the front desk. Very pleasant stay in this well run hotel. Very helpful front desk staff, clean well appointed modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. Excellent buffet breakfast with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.
