"DO NOT. I repeat do NOT stay at this hotel, especially room 208!! I found bed bugs in the bed, checked out and left. It has now been almost 4 weeks and I am still fighting them for a refund! The hotel puts it off on hotels.com/3rd party because it was a prepaid booking and hotels.com keeps saying the hotel isn’t responding to there attempts for communication. At this point prepaid booking or not, the hotel has received payment for the stay that I cut short. I only asked for a refund, they are...
