Hotels in Mezzojuso

My wife and stayed at Masseria La Chiusa for a long weekend a few weeks ago (September 2015). While the hotel and its rustic surroundings were lovely, the thing that sets apart this spot is the super helpful staff. We arrived quite late on a Saturday night, but the staff was able to prepare a dinner for us and relocate us to a room that they thought we would like better (the new room had a terrace overlooking the valley) all the same. Loved the place. It’s beautiful, clean, and couldn’t be in a better location. Arrival by car was excellent with valet parking service. The owner personally welcomed us and made us feel relaxed, explained everything well, and gave us great recommendations for Palermo. The only thing that was not great is that we were 15 mins late to check out (at 11:15) and the person at the front desk made a big deal about that. Great location! Francesco was super responsive and helped us find parking right next door.

This property is an oasis of quiet in a noisy city. The private garden is beautifully landscaped with a small swimming pool. Our room and bathroom were surprisingly large, with high ceilings. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Staff is helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel!

Our room was beautiful. The staff were very attentive. The food was great. And, it was in easy walking distance of the historical part of the city!

Luca and Maria are wonderful: helpful, knowledgeable and accomodating. The pool and spa are a delight after a day of touring the city in the heat. The rooms are large and clean. We had a great stay.

Very nice owner, very helpful plus location fantastic walking distance. Ac Brend new. But is quite zone there so taxi will drop you on different street.

I think the Operators might mention that rooms are on the second and third floors and that there is no elevator.

Lent us a recharger. Coffee was excellent. So was tea. Quality of rooms was perfect. So was balcony. Taxi driver came at 6:30 a.m.

The only drawback was the street noise at night. But nice hotel and the staff was very helpful

Host was 10/10 amazing. Location was amazing - overall a great and fantastic experience.
