They literally could not do enough, from the very beginning when the reception lady explained where everything was both in the hotel and in Paloma through to breakfast each day where they instantly have a solution for our one gluten-free in the party and one vegetarian. Fantastic location, just round the corner from the beautiful Palazzo Reale and the Duomo, and also right beside a train station to go directly into the airport Swimming pool was a huge bonus too even if it was freezing! Great to be able to lay outside in the Sun or shade and chill for awhile.

We loved the design that combines the old castle building with modern touches, including the scooters and bicycles used as decorations. The service was warm and full of personal touches.
