"Room was clean and staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms may need a bit of a refurbishment. My door didn’t open or close properly so I had to hip check it every time I wanted to open/close it. The tv remotes also didn’t work well (volume controls didn’t work on either available remote). However, the room was perfectly comfortable and the location was in close proximity to everything I needed to do while I was in town."

"We stayed here for 2 nights so we could explore Cape Breton and the Sydney area. The room was clean and ample space for 2 people with basic amenities a tv, bar fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well because the room was really warm when we checked in, but I prefer to sleep with the windows open overnight. We were facing the highway but are set back far enough that it was more like white noise while sleeping. The staff are friendly and tried to be accommodating if we had any concerns, but we didn’t! Thank you"
