This resort is a must. It was our favorite part of the trip. The staff is amazing, the food is so yummy and fresh. So many options & the breakfast is perfect. They go above and beyond here. The gym is small but has what you need to get a good lift coming from a pro bodybuilder. The pool was clean and beautiful. Peaceful & wonderful environment!

After my latest stint working in Afghanistan, I needed to see some green and blue and wanted to just relax. I was initially unhappy because the resort was overbooked, and they wanted to put me in a nearby 4-star resort for two of my six nights, Candi Beach Resort. After some negotiating, I was upgraded for those last four nights at Rama Candidasa, to make up for the inconvenience.
Both resorts were beautiful with excellent service and smiles. I enjoyed the rooms, pools, beach front locations...
This was a nice little resort across the road from a black rock waterfront and a black sandy beach nearby. Interesting to see the locals coming to make ceremonies near the waterfront.
This is a lovely, small hotel perched over the beach lined with fishermen’s boats coming and going. Pool area and lawn great. Very serene place, we stayed a week. We chose to enjoy all our meals in the restaurant on premise. Food was very good, Indonesian and western, very fresh and prepared well. Lovely staff; attentive and warm; very clean and well kept. Our room on the floor had a fantastic, wide ocean view! We loved our stay! Thank you Hotel Genggong for a wonderful stay!
If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Karangasem area, look no further. On my recent trip to Bali I stayed in 4 different hotels throughout the island. Nirwana Resort and Spa was by far my absolute favorite. I only spent 2 nights here, but wished we had stayed longer. The resort is beautiful, lush and tropical. Beautiful rooms and bungalows. The infinity pool with a view of the South Pacific Ocean was breathtaking. The sounds of cascading waves filled my bungalow and lulled me to sleep at...
We spent one night here and enjoyed our time. The room was clean and spacious, the staff friendly and efficient and the pool was very nice. I would definitely recommend the Alila Manggis.
The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the grounds are amazing, I would have no problem staying here again. I especially loved the staff in the restaurant, but, anybody who brings me breakfast is going to be well loved
This is not a tourist spot. This is for those who snorkel and dive or who are catching the boats to other islands. Very clean, spa was wonderful & staff was more than accommodating.
Nicest people and staff on Bali! They coordinated everything for us from scooter rentals to taxis and activities.
The two friendly owls you could hold were a nice little surprise as well as an animal lover! They hold events on certain nights and in our two nights there had a Balinese cake experience and a cultural dance during dinner. Can’t say enough about them and will always remember the nice ladies behind the bar.

I booked a deluxe room with ocean view. Their property is right on the beach, not merely nearby, like many other places that have beach in their name. Friendly staff, great restaurant, hot shower, big clean room, balcony, cold a/c. Near snorkelling sites. I highly recommend this stay.
