Very nice location for those travelling to the Gili islands with fast boats. Travelling with the 8 o'clock boat, we had to fast food the breakfast, but had time to spare before 7:30 check-in. We had issues with the air condition and a insect or reptile inside the hotel room making noise about every 20min during the night. Nobody were close to rested the next day.

Hotel was wonderful and the management and staff are very kind and loving. I was feeling myself as If I’m home. I was amazed at the wonderful treatment of animals at the hotel and how well stray animals are treated, and the staff are really animal lovers. The view was also so beautiful because of the ocean view and the sound of waves was so peaceful.

Perfect launching point for our trip to the Gili islands. Lovely view across the Bay and very convenient for the fast boat terminal. Staff were helpful and facilities were basic but clean. Wood fired pizzas were excellent and the menu had a broad selection of local and international food. The pool bar was a bonus.

Nice people and a convenient location across the street from the beach. But that street is ridiculously busy and quite dirty. The drinks were also ridiculously, ridiculously expensive. And unless you’re used to New York City or San Francisco prices. But very convenient since I had an early morning of scuba diving.
