"Clean room and great staff. Everything was great but would have liked the sauna and steam room to be working though. Also if the room had better A/C on those hot days it would be nice. Fan runs all night but didn’t really cool the room off. Don’t want to look like it was a bad stay as the stay it self was pretty good and I like this hotel, but some things to work on when someone is staying 4 nights. Thanks guys and we will be back. Love the pool and customer service."

"Corey the GM is an absolute delight as well as the rest of the staff. My parents ended up booking a room at the hotel as well & I requested a room close to them & Corey had no problem making that happen. We then decided to book another room for my teenagers across the hall as their attitudes became unbearable for me LOL. We all enjoyed our time. Breakfast was delicious. Only down side is the hot tub is standing only there were no benches, which sucked as I was battling a severe shoulder muscle issue and would have enjoyed being able to sit down"

"Run down room, needs lots of Reno’s, bathroom old, fridge door barely stayed in, poor lighting, tv screen/picture kept turning off, very loud, dog barking next door, hot tub closed whole 3 days we were there, bed were comfortabke and breakfast was good atleast. Wouldn’t recommend IMO, there lots other other options in Red Deer"

"Very clean, comfortable room. The pool, hot tub and exercise room were clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold foods was amazing! At check in was prompt friendly service with all facility information. Very impressed with all staff encountered! We will definitely reserve a room. at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Red Deer again! "

"At breakfast they ran out of peanut butter and that was the only protein. Poor choices of breakfast foods and with only a little attention to detail the breakfast and stay could have been so much better. On a two night stay they did not collect towels, make beds or help in any way. We had to ask for everything and make do."
