"What a gorgeous hotel! Top tier with a stunning interior design. Property feels super high-end with a chic, earthy vibe. There are two restaurants and a bar in the hotel itself - very popping and popular. Loved the room decor and designer touches. The hotel feels every letter of the word "boutique". Intimate, posh, alive.... with staff dedicated to you having a great stay. Soft and comfy beds - great shower. Our room has a nice fridge space and water with coffee as well. Good sized TV and ample space in the room for luggage or other items. There are water refill stations by the rooms. Staff was excellent - super accommodating, helpful, kind and attentive. Cute and charming town. Excellent location with several restaurants, bars and shops within a very short walk. Feels incredibly safe and quiet after 10pm. This was a perfect spot for a Mother's Day weekend girls' weekend getaway!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Gina, Veenus, Kayla, Haley, and Cynthia were amazingly efficient, professional, friendly, and thoughtful. The breakfast was great and even hot! I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area. Rachelle To help you remember, my family and I stayed for my nephew’s graduation and one of the ladies admired my LV bag and I admired hers. "The room wasn't properly cleaned. There was mold/ mildew along the entire bottom of shower curtain. The TV remotes were absolutely filthy & gross with lots of gunk around & on buttons. The ceiling tiles were 75% falling down, you could actually see between the ceiling squares & the space above it with "stuff ??" hanging In there. There were scratches & many repair spots on walls. The sheets I'm not even sure were clean, but was too tired to walk down & up the 600 steep stairs again, but they also do many snags & straggly threads. One of the TVs didn't work more than 25% of the time. It would work for a 1 - 3 minutes & then it was of again, that was constant which finally made it too annoying to even bother. Overall... I will never have any desire to stay again & certainly will not recommend it to any else. This was my husband & my 1st "vacation/ stay cation" in 10 years & it was miserable. We left feeling worse than when we arrived. I hope future guests will find many repairs & upgrades that will make a more enjoyable stay than we had."
