The property manager/front desk was so nice, friendly and helpful!! Continental breakfast was great and convenient. Pool was warm and fun. Only downside was no coffee maker in room but the breakfast coffee was delicious

It was very nice, very clean big rooms and huge jacuzzi tub in large bathroom. Better than average continental breakfast and homemade cookies in the lobby every evening for guest staying at the Inn. Located right in the area of shops and restaurants. Near by scenic walks along the beach. If not the beach, sidewalks all around the town of Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. I highly recommend Kings Port Inn!
I booked a 1 night stay for my sister and I in the Roadway Motel in Saco, ME. There was an option of a room with a king size bed on the first floor or a double bed on the second floor with no elevator. I had made a note on my reservation requesting a handicap accessible room if available and got a call from the manager explaining the situation and promising to help with the luggage. He also cleaned the a/c air filter and had the room cool for me due to my asthma. I can’t say enough about the...
The property was very clean. I loved the quick access to the beach and having an indoor pool was also a plus. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I also liked that it was away from all the crowds. We will definitely be back and I would definitely stay here again.
We were only in the area for a day and night and I'm glad we found this motel, right on rt 1 near everything we needed while staying in the area. The staff were very friendly and the room was perfect for our needs. Wifi worked well, lots of channels on the TV, the AC was great (it was nearly 100°F during our stay so this was very important!). We will definitely stay here again when in the area.
Family friendly. Yes, it could use a remodel, but then the prices wouldn’t remain the lowest in the Port. The pool and outdoor bar is fantastic in the summer. The outdoor hot tub is great anytime.
Monica at the front desk was fantastic! She helped with many questions we had and really seemed to go above and beyond in makikg sure we had a good stay. I observed her doing similar with other guests. Hotel was very clean and had a new feel to it. Airport shuttle was very convenient and efficient.
