Says smoke free but it smelled like someone left the windows open and smoked into the property. Staff was very nice. Close to market/food.

The hotel was amazing. The family who ran the hotel were extremely kind. The rooms were immaculate and clean the floral arrangements in the gardens and trees were heavenly. The pool was spotless. It’s one of my favorite motels I’ve ever stayed at will be back.

When I stayed here, I stayed in the cottages. I was very surprised at the affordability and the cleanliness and the overall of this location would definitely recommend for couples or somebody traveling solo

6/10 Good

The room was very clean and the bed was very firm. There were no hot cups and no coffee maker for coffee or tea. There was a rod for clothes but no hangers. The heat worked well and came up quickly. The property is older and could use a little upgrading. Interaction with front desk staff was limited, they answered questions but did not offer any extra information. There is a phone for outgoing calls only. There was a television, we did not use it. There is a small porch outside the unit with seating, which was nice. There is a bus that runs past this property and a car garage across the street with noise during the day but it was quiet at night. We chose this place because it was close to an event we were attending. I’m not sure if I would stay here again.

Modern little cottage suitable for a solo traveler with everything you would need in a compact size. Everything worked properly. Close to a busy road so there was traffic noise starting around 6 am.

8/10 Very good

It's a nice little older property has a couple of charcoal grills and a small pool . Kind of plan in the room no pictures on the wall one pillow one pillow each one towel one towel each. A fold-up TVs table / card table is what they had for your table in the room and one TV tray on one side of the bed definitely would have been nice to have 2 TV trays so both people could have a nightstand. But only a mile or so from Old orchard Beach that we did not go to we drove to York beach

Cute little property, convenient to everything. Very friendly staff/owner. Good enough for the price. Cleaner than a lot of places. Other guests are frequently not very conducive to sleeping or quiet.
