When I got to the resort my heart felt to the ground. This amazing resort was on top of a mountain. The view were spectacular. You see the entire city Bocoli. There was two things I loved the most. One, the staff were so nice to us. Made us feel right at home. We got spoiled but more than anything we felt like family. Second, after traveling all over Europe, we just wanted to relax. The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

Stayed for 4 nights unfortunately the last night we had very noisy neighbor that toke away all the comfort from the entire floor.
I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The room was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. The breakfast was five star every morning and the servers were great. Even the wifi was strong. There is a great food place across the street and a grocery store and a train stop to downtown is right there as well. This is a great little gem on the outside of town and worth it! I will stay here again in May when I return.
I don't know if I have the words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. From arriving and getting a snack and drink to greet us to Guiliana's concern that we had everything we needed for our longer than typical B&B stay (we stayed almost 2 weeks) the Napolinn was the absolute perfect spot to us to stay. Hotel Amenities, Cleanliness, Service and Food (Breakfast) was absolute top notch. Room had built in audio system, power curtains and blinds which was refreshing. Shower stall in the bathroom was small, you could not properly shower without pushing shower door opening, causing water puddle.
Area of the hotel location is ok, not dangerous but alright. To us it felt like hotel was super nice to be in ok neighborhood.

Great staff, great property. Only issue we had was that mapping software didn’t know where the parking lot was. Once we figured that out, it was a lovely stay. Loved the breakfast too!
Check in was a wonderful experience after stressful transportation to get to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and helped us arrange an airport car transfer the following day and walked us to the ATM when requested.

Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

The hotel staff were wonderful, offering suggestions about the local attractions. You get the real feel of Naples walking the small streets of Quartiere Spagnoli. Will definitely stay at Il Convento on our next trip to Naples.
We picked this one because we were visiting relatives who live a mile away. Clean, modern rooms with great bathroom (you have to have been to Italy to appreciate bathrooms - you know what I am talking about if you have ever stayed in an Italian city historic district !). Secure, easy parking (a plus in Naples). We didn't eat in the restaurant because we ate out with the relatives every night, but the free breakfast was good. There was a bakery/snack bar at the front of the hotel on the road...
We chose to stay here as to wanting to be near the coast. I had booked this based on reviews. This hotel was wonderful, staff was amazing, rooms are what we expected for Naples. Area is most likely one of the safest. You have everything at your fingertips. Nightlife, restaurants, cafes, sunbathing, the Port of Naples and their major "downtown" shopping area, all within walking distance. Views! Loved it so much staying there again.
