"We stayed here for 3 weeks after flying in from the US to visit family in the nearby area. We didn't want to be in a hotel for 3 weeks as we would find that claustrophobic. This was the ideal solution. The park staff were excellent and could communicate easily in English and German if needed. "Probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Currently trying to find a similar matress to upgrade our bed at home. Beautiful rooms, very spacious and cozy vibe. The whole area is lovely, and we got a room with a view over large pond/small lake. Fantastic service from the staff, and incredibly friendly. We didnt get a chance to try the breakfast or dinner at the restaurant, but hoping well be able to next time we stay."

"It is not a four star hotel. Few amenities in the rooms, if any. No fridge, no mini-bar, no coffee making facility in the room; no comfortable seating in the room. Some staff were great, others were miserable. The internet was okay, TV okay, food was pretty good. They advertise laundry services but they should advertise, "Laundry available hit and miss".
