"Beautiful facility. Very short walk to the terminal. Recommend staying here the night before you fly as traffic is terrible in Bristol right now. We had supper and breakfast (breakfast included with stay) and both were high quality. Every staff interaction was friendly and professional. Good selection at the bar. Room was modern and very comfortable . Great shower. Would highly recommend."

"Breakfast was lovely. Uncomfortable mattress with springs broken and hair dryer didn't work. Also had to phone reception twice to even get access to the room as room cards didn't work. Would expect better for the cost of over £300 for 1 night. "

"Staff were very helpful and allowed early check in (1:30pm). The hotel itself is ion a gorgeous building. The rooms are spacious, and my bathroom was a good size. The only issue I had was that at night the bathroom was VERY cold, and the room itself also chilly. I tried to warm it up via the air con/ heater, but it wasn't powerful enough. This did affect the quality of my sleep. "
