Room was spotless and so well sound proofed. Zero outside noise eventhough we were in the heart of the city.

10/10 Exceptional

Lovely hotel, really nice room and spotlessly clean throughout. We had an issue with the TV and they put us in another room straight away. The staff are friendly, helpful and very nice. The parking in the multi story car park next door is free until 1pm on the day of checkout, which is a massive bonus for Bristol. The restaurant is really nice as is the food. Its just opposite Cabot Circus and close enough to walk to all the amenities in the city.

Solid hotel. Good rooms. Great location. Free parking. Seems staff are a little short on numbers with long wait at bar which was eventually sorted by receptionist.

10/10 Exceptional

Really good room with huge bed, and an extra convertible sofa as well. Strangely configured bathroom, which was ok if not perfect. Breakfast was characterised by the huge choice. The cooked goods weren’t the best, but the choice of cold and sweet items made up for it. Car park is a short walk, and the slip road entrance easy to miss, it well lit and very modern. The hotel is very well positioned, and generally a well run city centre establishment. Sadly to shortly to be rebranded.

Hotel is ideally situated in City centre, directly coming off motorway. Fantastic clean, well lit car park next door. Staff very polite and helpful at check in. Good standard rooms, clean with good showers. Good bar. We didn't eat in restaurant but food looked good. Would definitely book here again, next time in Bristol

All good great location, good price to stay. Only one neagtive my wife bought a coffee from the bar to drink up in the room which she discovered a black hair in the cup and it wasn't from her or me.

This hotel is ideal if you plan to go out in the city centre ,its free parking is a bonus and the car park is clean, well lit and offers easy access to the main shopping centre .The hotel was adequate but could do with an update however ,still good value for money in any major city, I would definitely stay here again, Having travelled extensively in the UK I know how difficult it is to find parking and its usually at a premium.

Comfortable hotel with great breakfast. Only issue for us was our room was at the front of the hotel on 5 ‘th floor and there was a lot of traffic noise. So ask for room to wards.back. Inclusive car park is great too.

Busy city so traffic to get to parking can be difficult but once parked it's a short walk to hotel and all is good from that point. Helpful staff, clean hotel, nice breakfast, lovely weekend stay.

A well maintained, clean, user-friendly place to stay with very reasonable breakfast choices. It's well situated for access to Cabot Circus which provides a good selection of shops and restaurants.
