I really enjoyed my two time stay with them. The staff was very friendly and nice, especially the receptionist. On our last stay the receptionist gave us free breakfast meals to go, although we didn’t book our room with the breakfast included. Also, rooms look very clean and well sanitized. I would most likely recommend this place, and will definitely book with them again for my next trip to Puebla.
The location is literally between two malls so everything that you need is in walking distance. The area of the city and the views are breathtaking.

This hotel is a total gem it's a little off the beaten path but a pleasant walk to the Zoccolo and other sights wonderful bed. Excellent service the best breakfasts too! Felix our waiter was terrific we re so happy that we spent four nights here
The property has a great location and the staff are very sweet people, we stayed there 7 years ago the first time and the property is still well cared for. Be sure to check out the rooftop terrace as it provides a beautiful view of the cathedral.

The reception staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. A shout out to all three that we dealt with - great customer service. The location is walking distance to the zocalo and a market area and small mall. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the hot power shower was fantastic. Staff was very helpful. I need my medication to be chilled, there was no refrigerator so I went to ask and them help me keep it cool. Very clean and well kept rooms.
In May of 2021, the Hotel Palace had a sale price of 435 pesos for one person. Fantastic! I paid almost as much to stay at the miserable Hotel Casona Poblana.
