When we got there after a long day of traveling we had just missed the lunchtime to eat, and when went to shower the handle broke off- this is not a complaint. We would stay here again! Walking distance to all of the must see attractions (Academia, Uffizi, etc.) Comfortable bed, clean room, and good breakfast included. One thing to note; the night we arrived, we entered the building and the hotel desk and lobby are not on the main floor. Fortunately, a guest was leaving the building and informed us that the desk was up a few floors and we had to walk up a lot of stairs, carrying our luggage. The staff was very nice. The hotel was very good. The location was fine, it was in a quiet place but walkable to all the surrounding points of interest. The lobby and the room were fine. The variety of the breakfast (buffet) was very good. I just didn't like the furniture of the room since it was a mixture of some different styles. The bathroom was nice, modern but one of the doors of the shower was missing so when we took a shower we spilled water all around.
