The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

We picked this one because we were visiting relatives who live a mile away. Clean, modern rooms with great bathroom (you have to have been to Italy to appreciate bathrooms - you know what I am talking about if you have ever stayed in an Italian city historic district !). Secure, easy parking (a plus in Naples). We didn't eat in the restaurant because we ate out with the relatives every night, but the free breakfast was good. This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It's not something the hotel has any control over, but it's something to keep in mind if you're not used to driving in that area. The area is not walkable, so you will likely...

They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. Me nd my Husband had such an amazing time at San Cristoforo felt like a honeymoon, the property is very well kept nd the rooms are very luxurious nd we also had the vesivius View which was amazing. Overall it felt like a palace, staff was very friendly nd helpful, also the breakfast nd dinner beyond delicious nd very romantic dinner. Outside the property only has few places u can eat and best spot was the Rooftop lounge. Thank you will definitely visit again!!!

Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. This hotel was so perfect for our one night in Napoli before flying home. It was super clean and comfortable. They provided ear plugs although noise wasn’t an issue for us! I believe a taxi from the port was around 38 euro and took about 20 minutes. We walked into the city and did all of the things we wanted to do.
