We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!
Hotel is wonderful, but the transportation to Disneyland is horrible. One bus is shared amongst many hotels, making the bus impossible to get into from the hotel or from Disneyland. Drivers are doing their best, but the hotels need to get more busses knowing that this is a hige issue.

We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Great hotel for families. Buffet was nice, the kids loved the Nutella. Shuttle service was not too bad, a little crowded, but fine overall. The pool was great, nice and warm as it was raining and cold during this time. Our favorite part was the bar/lobby area. Great drinks, a nice place to lounge after a day at the parks with the kids. Atmosphere was so much fun.

We took the train a lot to downtown paris around the louvre and Eiffel tower. About 14 euros roundtrip, which takes an hour. If you're doing more city activities and only doing Disneyland a day or two, it might be best to stay in the city and take the train to Disneyland
This is a great property in the Disneyland area, close to the train station if you need to go to the city and the shuttle is always available. They have a restaurant onsite and the included buffet breakfast is really good. The room rate is convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go to Disneyland.
Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. That way we were able to visit Disneyland Paris and not having to worry about our luggage in the car. We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
I enjoyed my stay. I came to visit Paris Disneyland. The room was bare bones and sufficient. For someone who likes to walk every day there was a shopping mall about a 20 minute walk with an aquarium and walking to Disney bus was only about 10 mins.
I also due to getting sick while at the park had to use a Bolt car to return to the property which was convenient and cost only 15 euros.
It’s tiny but has a big television and the best part of all was the breakfast buffet every morning.
