"The quality of the food was excellent; dinner was delicious and a good selection at breakfast. The room was better than expected, with a nice spacious bathroom. The bed was comfy, although being ear plugs as there was noise from the road and a nearby boiler/water pipes (room10). Staff were always very chatty and friendly."

"The to was clean and all the amenities but the bathroom was so small I mean really small. That let the room down. And they did not supply bottled water, which I thought was standard in a hotel of this calibre."

"We stayed here for three nights (14-16 August). The standout feature was the politeness and friendliness of staff. They all seemed very pleased to help. The buffet breakfast was very nice too. However, it was quite disappointing that our room had an abundance of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, as did the bathroom. There were noticeable food crumbs and the previous guests’ old receipt on the carpet next to our bed. It was quite obvious that the room had been prepared in haste for us without much attention halving been paid to its cleanliness. It’s a shame as, otherwise, I would have rated this property much higher. I mentioned the above to hotel receptionist upon checkout and they seemed quite surprised. Apart from that, it’s a reasonable place to stay in Tenby."
