"To be honest, I prefer this hotel over dynasty. It was nice and chilled and relaxing. It was kind of annoying that I had to wait to the day before to do late checkout and was asking every day. Breakfast was nice but unlike other hotels we stayed at in Kuta when my son didn’t go to breakfast they didn’t give me a takeaway box which meant the other days we did not use the breakfast for 3 of our days. Also really needed to have the doors shut an AC on up there as they seated us in the section which had no fan. If I could make a recommendation it would be to have ice facilities like most other places and what we liked about the other hotel was they would do little characters out of the towels every day which was a highlight. Was family friendly quiet and clean good location? We went to the beach once as that was just not enjoyable and it would be nice if they had more things in the family pool for kids to do and kids club for The 7plus-year-olds I found it was more suitable for babies."

"We had 3 rooms booked for 5 nights for 2 families with kids. 2 rooms where ready on time and 1 room was given to us 1.5h passed the 3pm check-in time. When we entered the rooms all rooms had a dampness smells to them when we mentioned it to stuff they couldn't do anything about it. One room had mushrooms growing in the bathroom which was unacceptable and also me and my family was etching throughout the all stay I believe we where bitten by something in the room. When we mentioned all this to the management absolutely nothing was done about, the only thing that was offered was the late checkout from 12noon to 3pm. We paid top dollar for those rooms and this hotel but our stay was very horrible, we will never stayed there again."

"The service was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. We just didn’t enjoy the loud wedding ceremonies. There were three ceremonies during our two-week stay, and their duration was three days each. Additionally, the adult pool was used by families with children. However, we thank you for your wonderful hospitality.""

"Beautiful resort on the beach. Staff were incredible! Helpful, friendly, welcoming, just amazing staff overall! Breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The pools were beautiful. Only negative is this area of the ocean has a lot of seaweed and when the tide is out that’s all you have as it’s quite shallow there. The rooms are gorgeous but could be updated and maybe heated towel racks installed to help dry towels and swimsuits. Our towels never dried from one day to the next due to the humidity. Otherwise absolutely gorgeous hotel in a great shopping/eating area"

"Absolutely no complaints about my stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Seminyak. The rooms are clean and updated. All the staff from reception, to bar, pool staff and even security were amazing and so caring. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable as well. What i loved is that every day there were activities from pool bingo, to golf etc even something for the children. Cant wait to go back"
