Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano

The room, bathroom and entire property were spotless, the bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Mirko and his wife Daniella were very attentive and welcoming to my husband and me after a long flight from Phoenix Arizona to Milan and the drive to their lovely home. The breakfast was excellent and the kitchen was well appointed. Although Mirko doesn’t speak much English, we were still able to have a lovely conversation upon arrival, at breakfast each morning and the morning of our departure....

This place is a gem. It is authentic to the Lake Orta area (near train station and a reasonable walk to the lake), but it is also welcoming to visitors from around the world. Nice family vibe but also would be good for a couple. The restaurant next door served a perfectly memorable dinner, and they also provided a delightful picnic lunch. Breakfast is regional--farm fresh. The room is modern, simple, clean. We would love to return.

Amazing charmingly restored 17th century building in a stunning natural setting by the Piedmont Alps. Staff very friendly and attentive, spotless clean and well decorated rooms, comfortable bed, high quality linens, and wonderful breakfast! The hotel has many areas to relax, and many options to explore the astonishing surroundings. I just found a little confusing to understand, on their website at the time of booking, the difference between the Country House and the Guest House Palazzo dei Venti...
