We were looking for something Off the Beaten path with a kitchen and parking in this place really fit the bill we were surprised how wonderful the drive up to it was if you're in the area around Modena or Bologna then it's a great chance to enjoy the hills south west of Bologna
Staff, room, facilities, restaurant, all 5's. Plus free parking, only 10 minutes to airport, and it's immediately off hiway to Firenze. 20 euro taxi to centro. Oh, yeah, the price is right.
We loved our stay at Fattoria Ca' di Fattino! The space was charming, quiet, and picturesque. When you stay here, you are entering into the slow, down-to-earth pace of rural Tuscany. The owner and her staff were hospitable and kind, and we felt welcomed into this home. The location was excellent for day trips to Bologna and Florence. Very reasonable hotel. Nice,large room, very comfortable bed (firm). Very clean room. Breakfast was very nice, with a nice variety of foods displayed elegantly- quite upscale. The hallway on my floor smelled a little "old" but the room was nice. The neighborhood wasn't anything special, but the restaurant connected to the hotel was good. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This was our third stay .The staff goes out of their way to be helpful .The location is within walking distance to the center of the city as well as being a few blocks from the roadway that encircles the city and the two buses that ( 33&32) that we used extensively.
