"Everything was perfect, room cleaned and fresh towels everyday. Bed was comfortable and room was warm.
Breakfast was hot and a good variety of cooked and continental to choose from. Perfect location for Stoke on Trent and motorway.
Staff were lovely, friendly and helpful throughout stay."

The only downside was the lift was out of order and my room was on the top floor. Luckily, I only had a small suitcase to carry up the 49 winding steps."

"The bathroom had a gas smell in the night and the toilet in room 215 was extremely difficult to flush . Tv needs a manual and couldn’t get standard channel on but room and view was wonderful. Staff short in breakfast area . Had to wait to get sat down . N still havnt got out toast . Food was lovely when we got it though . "
