Our stay was short but very nice. The kind woman at the front desk was beyond helpful. We had asked if the hotel had a luggage scale. Unfortunately they did not. But in an unexpected gesture a phone call was made to a friend, who then brought a scale for our use from her home. This was customer service above and beyond!!
Awesome! hubbby and I liked the family style hotel. Breakfast is satisfying and the room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay in this hotel again when we go back in the summer. We both like the Lake Constance and Meersburg is the place to go. Lovely and romantic place.
What an amazing hotel in the very center of Constanz!! They let you unload in front of the hotel and then give you a parking pass for a public lot a few easy blocks away. The front of the building is spectacular- it's an old building with painted murals on the front. Our room had stained glass windows. The room was large, bathroom clean and the beds very good. Very quiet. It's on the central walking street and connects to the harbor. The staff was so nice and helpful about the area and the toll...
The location of this hotel could not have been any better for exploring Arbon over the Easter Holiday weekend. Most of the staff was gone for the holiday but the ones who were there went above and beyond, even for us non-German speakers.
We were visiting from the USA and the Air Conditioner was a welcome experience during the Hot Weather we were having. Also being seniors we look for an Elevator and the breakfast was Amazing.
