Because of its location on Marjan Hill, it can be a little difficult to find without GPS. We left our car parked and walked up and down to the Riva. If you aren't in reasonably good shape, you might find this to be a problem. But, once you get there, you will find a marvelous hotel. Love this place! Everything is exceptional from the moment you walk in. Upon arrival, the woman behind the desk took about 15 minutes showing us on a map for us to keep where everything was to make it very easy. Residence Stine is the perfect location as it is close to everything including the ferries (7-10 minute walk) that you can take to other cities. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful! Location couldn't be better! Just a block from the market, old town, the beach and never ending views of the water. Perfect! Yerka was very friendly and helpful: she explained the area and fun things to do upon our arrival. The rooms are set up so well; not to mention the air conditioning was nice after some warm days touring the city. Extra bonus was Netflix with a variety of movies and shows! I will be staying here again on our next trip to Split!

The hotel was Great! Although a little hard to locate. Perfect location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The person working at the front desk when we arrived, Ivo, went out of his way to help us. My husband had gotten lost looking for the hotel, and our car was in a no park zone. Ivo found my husband, drove our car to the parking lot and made us feel so welcomed!! We would love a return trip to the lovely hotel and the gracious people that makes it special. Thanks
